Adults (18 years and older): Take 2 softgels per day with meals, or as directed by your health-care practitioner. For prolonged use consult a health-care practitioner.

Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, have been diagnosed with estrogen-dependent cancer, have a kidney disorder, or have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient.

Adults and adolescents (9 years and over): Take 1 capsule twice per day, or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
