Directions For Use

Children (1–13 years): Take ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily, or as directed by a health-care practitioner.

Adolescents (14–18 years): Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily, or as directed by a health-care practitioner.

Adults: Take 1¼ teaspoons (6.25 mL) daily, or as directed by a health-care practitioner.
